O&PM Europa is a true disruptor in the precoatings space – Our precoatings for water-based digital inkjet has the thinnest laydown on the market for an absorbent, ink-receptive layer (between 35-50 gr/m2 – almost half of what’s being offered elsewhere on the market!), gives you the ability to print onto any surface with water-based inks, and can be specifically formulated for any substrate – no wonder we are so confident of their ability to revolutionise digital printing!

Following a number of successful testing rounds measuring absorption, adhesion, water resistance, scratch resistance, application, appearance, drying, colour gamut, and behaviour on substrates, our precoatings have demonstrated unmatched flexibility and outstanding quality. Key findings include extremely thin laydown, high performance on synthetic substrates, rapid drying time of under one second following printing (no additional external drying required), and the ability to apply using a range of techniques including flexo graphic, rotogravure, Meyer rod and slot-die.
